Customer Service

This package will enable individuals to feel comfortable and confident in their role as customer service representatives.

They will be able to take the knowledge gained during the session and apply it directly to their situation.

During training, the group will be working in teams and individually to brainstorm and role play different scenarios to fully understand the mechanisms of outstanding customer service.
