We engaged Simone Fitzsimon to provide us with staff training in communications. Specifically we wanted to address methods of effective communication between staff and clients, and communication between staff within clinics in our group practice.

Simone was responsive, immediately understood our requirements, reacted to changing situations with our staff and prepared and delivered an excellent presentation that was amusing, stimulating and effective and was accompanied by appropriate media.

The feedback from Nurses and Practice Owner in a Group of Clinics that Simone, from VETfocus, did training in was extremely positive. The attitude of the staff towards merchandising, promotions and sales has changed, they are motivated and enthusiastic about trying new ways to improve their sales and overall business, and are working better as a team, from Nursing staff in the back to Reception staff in the front, the Vet Owner supports the changes because he attended the training.
